What a find! This place is authentic and delicious. You place your order at the counter (the man behind the counter was great!). While you're waiting you grab your sides from the deli. They have plenty of house made salads available (you pay by the weight).
I ordered the tomato and mozzarella small. It was in a light oil and a great compliment to my Margherita pizza.
Local favorite sandwich place.
Grilled Chicken Pesto, Chicken Bruschetta, and Reuben were all delicious.
Wait time during lunch hours was 30 minutes.
One thing to improve: wish they have online order service, especially for hot foods that take time.

Serino’s Deli, is a place that will never disappoint. Food is always great. Service is always great. They have a very large selection of food from subs, beef, pizza, lunch meet, snacks, etc.. I have been coming here for years and never once a bad experience. Reasonable pricing on the food as well. Always packed around lunch time! The owner Elvio is an amazing hard working man. Eat here and enjoy!
Just everything about this place is great food, atmosphere, service and cookies. MMMMM. Has the local hot spot feel and genuine deli favorites.
I have been coming here for years when I used to have this territory for sales. I forgot about it, but recently situations took me down to Addison and I am so happy I rediscovered it. I love the Italian sub, the Margarita Pizza and, well, everything else off the menu. The service is super-fast and friendly. The lunch crowd is stacked so parking can be an issue, but I usually find a space since they turn over the crowd so fast. Really cannot recommend this place enough. If there was a sixth star, they would get it from me.
This is a absolute Gem of a restaurant, old School Italian Deli, with pretty much all the food being to die for. In all Chicago these are my favorite and in my opinion the best Margarita Pizza in all of Chicagoland. Its a 40 minute trip for me to get here, that is how good I think it is. Service is the best, family owned and operated. Oh, and pricing, I don't know how they keep the prices so reasonable, especially after the last few years of inflation. Don't second guess stopping, you will love it!
Great deli, very reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service. It has a little market area for bulk purchases of meat like mortadella or olive oil. Seemed to have a good stream of customers coming in on a Saturday afternoon. My Reuben could have used some more thousand island, but I’ll ask for that next time we are here. We will be back.
Today I visited the location in Schaumburg, it is attached to the Pulte office building. I have visited their location in Addison as well, both are wonderful. Food is fresh, service is kind and it is always delicious. I eat here at least twice a week and will continue doing so. I would recommend for lunch any day!

Became for lunch and saw a full parking lot so we knew the place was going to be good. We got inside and there seem to be a lot of people waiting. Much to my surprise they flew through the line very quickly. They have 6+ staff members behind the counter making it happen. The prices are very economical and the food is extraordinary. Not what I expected from a place with a sign that said Deli. Highly recommended to everyone who can get a parking spot. The rush starts right around noon.
The hot beef sandwich was delicious. Be sure to ask for it "juicy" as that is not a specified option that I saw on the menu, but they add au jus or something to the sandwich and it's delicious.
