Ken and the team at PS 972 made my 41st Birth Anniversary Celebration one of the best celebrations I’ve had. From the onset, Hannah communicates with me and was available whenever I had a question or request. From the valet to the servers to the chefs/cooks and the bartenders. The drinks were on point, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. Whenever I am back in Dallas, I will visit this spot again. If you are in Dallas, please do yourself a favor and check it out. The cauliflower and naked wings are a little taste of heaven and that chicken and cornbread waffle was something from the food angels.
We were looking for a place that wasn’t ridiculous with drunk “Irish” folks. lol I had fish and chips, a green beer and a Ryders on the Storm( my new favorite drink) Great place and our waiter was really good and had cool hair. Will def come back!
Cute concept. We went with a couple of friends on a Saturday, and it was NOT busy at all. China was our server, and she was great, very personable. Hubby ordered the chicken and waffles which he devoured. I got the hot mess with sweet potato fries. It was really good. We were also sat at a table with a water view. It was nice. I'd go again.
Very nice place for brunch. Lots of open space inside so the noise level was very good. Can hold conversations without having to yell, unlike many other brunch spots. All the food was delicious and presented well.
What can I say about this place..?? Beer... GREAT!! Bartenders... MORE great!! Scenery... AWESOME; & the food... KILLER!!! I ordered a few stouts 👌🏾👌🏾, and the chicken sandwich with fries. This was probably the best meal I had on this visit to Dallas. The artsy craft of this place is so unique, honestly it's like something you've never seen (both inside and outside areas). The inside is mostly school themed. The food doesn't take long to prepare and the service is top of the line. I'll definitely be back.
Fun concept and friendly staff. Cajun Shrimp and grits was amazing. Fish and chips were unfortunately super soggy. We did get take away, so it’s always a gamble when you get fried food to go. But nice variety on menu, all staff wearing masks
Went for an early dinner, and got a few items off the "recess", aka happy hour, menu. Top notch grub! Fritters were crispy and flavorful, Manhattan made with a real sweet vermouth, soba noodles, chicken hamburger. Cookie sandwich dessert!
It was all very tasty and service was attentive. They even rolled back the AC on the colder than expected day. It's a hoot, you should go.
Very cool concept. We started off on the bad food as there was a big delay in getting our drinks. However, the manager Athena, made it right. The food tasted good and was exactly as requested. The employees couldn't have been nicer.
Very trendy place with a great vibe and bar. I don't know why everyone crowds in the places across the street, but all the better for me.
As an aside, during my last visit I ordered a Red Bull mixed drink, and after it was made they gave me the half full can along with the drink. How cool! I've never been to bar that does that.
Looking forward to my future visits here.
What a fantastic place to dine or just enjoy a few drinks with friends. Amazing, friendly, and attentive service. Fun atmosphere. Really great food with some unique twists in there. That PB&J Burger for instance, is unexpected and very tasty. Their appetizers alone will keep you happy too. Bar games like darts and shuffleboard, outdoor patio area overlooking the lake and fountain, and some perfect large rooms for private events. Definitely one of my new favorites. Check it out!
