Review Chuy's - Addison

Always delish & fresh. Their chicken & shrimp fajitas are delicious and their fresh salsa is on point. Chips are always served hot & service is always fantastic. I've never had anything I didn't like & love meeting up with friends here because the environment is cheerful, extra colorful & just happy. Chuys is a firm staple.

Quality in food was great. Service was slightly inattentive. If I'm going out to eat in business casual attire at noon on a Wednesday- do you think maybe I'm on my lunch hour? Please be considerate of your guests' time.

We came here for my husbands birthday and it was a complete success! He ordered the steak burrito and loved it. I got the chimichanga and it was really good. The service was great and it had a fun atmosphere. This is our new go to for a yummy Mexican dinner!

Chuy's is always great. We always sit in the bar area which is very empty. That is great for me during COVID times. I got the chicken Taco Platter with Fajita meat and it had guacamole. That is my favorite. Comes with rice and beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Always has great service...

Brad, the Bartender was great at customer service. Gots to come again... Been a long time since being at Chuy's. More than 30 Years!!!! Food as good as I remembered it to be.

Dining at Chuy’s is always a fun and yummy experience! The past two visits to this location have been great. We have had the privilege of having Angel has our server the past two times and she is awesome! She is super friendly and attentive. The food is always good and I always enjoy sitting on the patio. Can’t wait to go again!

I cannot give them 3 stars. The food was great. But unfortunately Brody our waiter was not even a one star. We ordered 1 drink at the beginning before our food and usually we have 2 more during our meal. He never came around to see us. Left our empty 2 glasses on the table. We kept waving at him and he kept saying he has to do the bar. Are we not as important? We would of drink 2 more margaritas and got a dessert. We were there for an hour and 15 minutes. He finally goes and gets us our check. Unbelievable. With 25% capacity you would think we would be treated better. How would it be with Brody at 100% capacity. Fortunately the manager Alonso came by and I explained what had happened. He was very respectful and listened to our issues we had with Brody. Alonso( I'm hoping I'm spelling that right) gave us a free dessert we would of ordered if Brody would of came by and also took 20% off our meal. This is the one in Addison I'm talking about. Food good. But one drink before the meal. Not one during or after. If it wasn't for Alonso listening to our issues with Brody, I would gave a one star. Upper management needs to take action. They lost some good money we would of spent there. If Brody did every table of his like ours, well that's money lost. Thank you Alonso for being there. But unfortunately 2 stars is all I can give.

I love Chuy's. The ONLY problem is the inconsistency. I love spicy foods, but sometimes the salsa and sauces are too hot to eat. This was one of those days. The boom-boom sauce was inedible.

Nice quaint place, good place to hang out with friends or just a casual dinner with family. Staff was friendly and our order didn’t take too long. The ‘tres leches’ cake that you get here is to die for. It’s so moist and I would definitely recommend you guys to try it out if you haven’t.

Good food...Susanna was an excellent server...I think maybe the flour tortillas should have been cooked a bit longer BUT overall a great experience

Great place, got the stuffed avocado, was great but made the big mistake to go to the nacho cart first that filled me up before the meal... Overall service was great and next time, yes will be, Just wait for my meal! Soon...!

Chuy’s makes a great salsa! The house margaritas are delicious. You probably don’t usually rave about a ‘house’ margarita but these are rave worthy. 😁 The Tacos al Carbon are also note worthy. Our server was funny and very attentive.

I had a great experience on my visit to this restaurant on Sunday it was a nice day I sat out on the patio I was seated and attended to promptly by my waiter Dillon who was fantastic. I ordered an appetizer along with the chips and endless salsa the food was great, I left happy and full!

I love their cheese and shrimp rellenos. The absolute best! Other dishes are good, too, but these rellenos are fantastic as is their unusual salsa. I go there every chance I get!! We were there on Cinco de Mayo and the place was packed inside and out!! Service was still great!!

Our first visit to this location. We love Chuy's and the service here did not disappoint! Our waiter was funny and attentive and very accommodating to all our requests! Will definitely be back again!

Awesome patio , service , and food! Failed to give five stars because we ordered our Margaritas with an extra shot and it tasted like mix only .

I ordered my usual, the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Enchiladas with a fried egg. The food was excellent and the service was great. The waiter managed to keep my Coke Zero flowing.

Was a pleasant visit for my first time. Our waitress Lil Lindsay was on point with our orders and drinks.
