Chuy's

Always delish & fresh. Their chicken & shrimp fajitas are delicious and their fresh salsa is on point. Chips are always served hot & service is always fantastic. I've never had anything I didn't like & love meeting up with friends here because the environment is cheerful, extra colorful & just happy. Chuys is a firm staple.

Dining at Chuy’s is always a fun and yummy experience! The past two visits to this location have been great. We have had the privilege of having Angel has our server the past two times and she is awesome! She is super friendly and attentive. The food is always good and I always enjoy sitting on the patio. Can’t wait to go again!

I cannot give them 3 stars. The food was great. But unfortunately Brody our waiter was not even a one star. We ordered 1 drink at the beginning before our food and usually we have 2 more during our meal. He never came around to see us. Left our empty 2 glasses on the table. We kept waving at him and he kept saying he has to do the bar. Are we not as important? We would of drink 2 more margaritas and got a dessert. We were there for an hour and 15 minutes. He finally goes and gets us our check. Unbelievable. With 25% capacity you would think we would be treated better. How would it be with Brody at 100% capacity. Fortunately the manager Alonso came by and I explained what had happened. He was very respectful and listened to our issues we had with Brody. Alonso( I'm hoping I'm spelling that right) gave us a free dessert we would of ordered if Brody would of came by and also took 20% off our meal. This is the one in Addison I'm talking about. Food good. But one drink before the meal. Not one during or after. If it wasn't for Alonso listening to our issues with Brody, I would gave a one star. Upper management needs to take action. They lost some good money we would of spent there. If Brody did every table of his like ours, well that's money lost. Thank you Alonso for being there. But unfortunately 2 stars is all I can give.
