Review Chamberlain's Steak & Fish House - Addison

If you enjoy steak, seafood and professional customer service, then take a chance here. I enjoyed the continued service and details of the menu. Sean Carr, our server, was great in making sure we ordered the best items to excite our pallette. The prices were decent as you enjoyed the quality of the food versus quantity. I suggest you try the bison steak meatballs. Their cocktails were good and worth the price. They had a very nice wine list. I suggest this restaurant for special occasions, dating on a higher level as well as business meetings. Easy to spot from the street view in Addison, Texas. They offer free parking or valet. ENJOY!

Fantastic food and service, first time here and everything I tried was very good but also very pricey for those that can't just drop Benjamin's without a thought. Would come back with a date for sure. Glad a good friend invited me to a birthday party and paid for my meal.

My wife and I really enjoyed everything. Went there for her birthday during restaurant week. And was really impressed the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was impeccable. The owner came to our table and greeted us as well as the other patrons And showed sincerity. Never was our glass of water or tea empty. Waiter staff was very professional. Our head waiter Ricardo was very personable and courteous. Really made us feel like guests and they appreciated our company.

We went to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The service was top notch! We had the Chilean Seabass, mushrooms, au gratin potatoes, and the aged ribeye. There was no need for a knife because that Seabass just flaked apart. I've never had a Ribeye that sliced and melted like a filet mignon..........until now! They also gave us the creme brulee for dessert on the house. Delicious 😋 Not too sweet, not too bland, perfect balance.

Anywhere I am allowed the experience of a good meal, a good drink AND a good cigar is a 10! The service Brooke provided was exceptional! The only suggestion would be to lower the volume of the live performer just slightly and stick to a music format worthy of the atmosphere you are providing. Overall, an excellent experience!

Some positives of our evening: *Chef Chamberlain came by to visit with us--he was warm and gracious and added a special touch. *Glynn our server was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. *Lobster bisque, scallops and aged filet were absolutely delicious. The other side, and the reason for this review... *Booked early in the week for our anniversary, yet were seated in a booth at the bar--even with many dining room tables open. We were closest to the door so all evening we attempted to talk over the loud bar crowd, people waiting by the door, staff filling to-go orders...a lot of hustle and bustle. Our idea of a romantic meal did not include having to lean-in to hear each other or have televisions in the periphery. *No questions were ever asked--Is this table alright? How is your service this evening? How was your meal tonight? These are typical front of house check-ins at a high caliber restaurant. *While my steak was outstanding, I was unfortunately served the worst lobster tail I've ever had. Overcooked and crunchy on the ends; I left half of it on my plate which is disappointing for a $60 item. It was definitely noticed by our server, but no questions were asked. Dallas has so many options for dining out and sadly we left saying, well, we don't need to go back there again. I tried to find an email to leave this feedback so as not to publicly share, but there doesn't seem to be one available. However, I can tell there is a desire for quality so my hope is this will serve to help improve others' experience.

First off great atmosphere super classy super clean great parking. Then Candice my waitress was a absolute pleasure to meet. Here on a two week vacation and made all the difference but then they absolutely killed it when it came to the food. The filet I got was perfectly cooked and had different textures that perfectly blended together. Because of the cook singed the sides. Highly recommend it and they charged my phone. Coming back to try the lobster next time!!

The food and the customer service here are amazing--the Brussels sprouts (no onions) melt in your mouth. Ricky took excellent care of us. I am medically gluten free and once I told my server I was presented with a gluten free menu, items that could be prepared gluten free, and reassurance from the manager that the kitchen had a protocol in place to keep me safe. So rare and so gratifying to find a place that cares about all the needs of it's customers!

Always the best service. Carson and Lauren are the very best. I cannot say enough great things about the service in the cigar room or the quality of the food. Richard has put together a great group of people and I’m always happy to bring friends there to enjoy it all!

Delicious food, great service. Everything that you look for in a great steakhouse. I had the salad special with jumbo lump crabmeat, the crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and the prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes - all yum! Wish I had room for dessert. Will dine again the next time I'm in Dallas.

We dined here for our 32nd Anniversary. We felt we were treated special for the occasion by our server Nathan. We were seated in the wine room. They brought us the wonderful selection of rolls. We ordered a nice bottle of Chianti Classico. I started with a cup of the lobster and shrimp bisque. It was delicious and had chunks of lobster and shrimp in it. My husband ordered the filet Oscar with asparagus and mashed potatoes and I ordered the filet mignon with porcini mushroom Madeira butter with the Parmesan grits. Our steaks were cooked to perfection at medium. They brought us some perfectly browned Creme brûlée for dessert. Everything was wonderful.

Unprofessional and unethical management and owner. A friend of mine was working as a hostess and was recently fired because a "regular" didn't like this hostess. This "regular" could not articulate any logical reason why she didn't enjoy her 17 second encounter with this hostess. She lost her employment without any substantial reason. I urge you not support an owner and management team that unfairly terminates the employment of an individual over the petty opinion of one patron in a 17 second interaction. There are plenty of places to eat in Dallas with amazing food where they also treat members of the staff with respect, fairness, and handle minor concerns in a professional manner.

Chamberlains is one of our favorite restaurants! Went there for our 17th anniversary last night! Wine list is exceptional and the food is always great! I will say that this was the first time i didnt feel the service was outstsnding! Our waitress had a large table of about 7 people right next to us which demanded all her attention apparently. We got our steaks and while running past our table not even stopping quickly asked how they were..and kept going. Didnt feel like we were a priority even though we spent almost $400 for a table of 2! Wont let this one time ruin ot for us!

The food was excellent. There were 10 in our party and everyone was very pleased. (except for the Sweet potato grits, they were not a big hit). Everything else was great! We really enjoyed our waiter, he was very friendly, light hearted and kidded around which was nice instead of being stuffy. Everyone commented how this is a new favorite!

In addition to the food being top-notch, what I really loved about Chamberlain's was the environment. It reminds me of the Gryffindor common room. I'll definitely be back very soon!!!

We dine here often and are impressed EVERY time with the staff & food!!! You won't find a more polished, professional staff ANYWHERE!! And, the food - well, did I mention we eat here often??? The food is superb!!!
