The food and the customer service here are amazing--the Brussels sprouts (no onions) melt in your mouth. Ricky took excellent care of us. I am medically gluten free and once I told my server I was presented with a gluten free menu, items that could be prepared gluten free, and reassurance from the manager that the kitchen had a protocol in place to keep me safe. So rare and so gratifying to find a place that cares about all the needs of it's customers!
Always the best service. Carson and Lauren are the very best. I cannot say enough great things about the service in the cigar room or the quality of the food. Richard has put together a great group of people and I’m always happy to bring friends there to enjoy it all!
If you enjoy steak, seafood and professional customer service, then take a chance here. I enjoyed the continued service and details of the menu. Sean Carr, our server, was great in making sure we ordered the best items to excite our pallette. The prices were decent as you enjoyed the quality of the food versus quantity. I suggest you try the bison steak meatballs. Their cocktails were good and worth the price. They had a very nice wine list. I suggest this restaurant for special occasions, dating on a higher level as well as business meetings. Easy to spot from the street view in Addison, Texas. They offer free parking or valet. ENJOY!
Fantastic food and service, first time here and everything I tried was very good but also very pricey for those that can't just drop Benjamin's without a thought. Would come back with a date for sure. Glad a good friend invited me to a birthday party and paid for my meal.
My wife and I really enjoyed everything. Went there for her birthday during restaurant week. And was really impressed the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was impeccable. The owner came to our table and greeted us as well as the other patrons And showed sincerity. Never was our glass of water or tea empty. Waiter staff was very professional. Our head waiter Ricardo was very personable and courteous. Really made us feel like guests and they appreciated our company.
We went to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The service was top notch! We had the Chilean Seabass, mushrooms, au gratin potatoes, and the aged ribeye. There was no need for a knife because that Seabass just flaked apart. I've never had a Ribeye that sliced and melted like a filet mignon..........until now! They also gave us the creme brulee for dessert on the house. Delicious 😋 Not too sweet, not too bland, perfect balance.
Anywhere I am allowed the experience of a good meal, a good drink AND a good cigar is a 10! The service Brooke provided was exceptional! The only suggestion would be to lower the volume of the live performer just slightly and stick to a music format worthy of the atmosphere you are providing. Overall, an excellent experience!

First off great atmosphere super classy super clean great parking. Then Candice my waitress was a absolute pleasure to meet. Here on a two week vacation and made all the difference but then they absolutely killed it when it came to the food. The filet I got was perfectly cooked and had different textures that perfectly blended together. Because of the cook singed the sides. Highly recommend it and they charged my phone. Coming back to try the lobster next time!!
