Best breakfast place around. I get the super duper treat with French toast, and I will never be able to eat French toast anywhere else again. The food is good but what really puts Millie's over the top is it's friendly staff and great service.
Best breakfast I've had in a very long time!! Coffee was great , everything was done exactly as ordered.Staff was lovely!! And the Christmas Shoppe was so wonderful!!! This place is a hidden gem !!
Our server was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the steak, eggs, hashbrowns, and an English muffin, which also came with a cup of coffee. It was delicious. We also ordered the silver dollar pancakes, which were very tasty. Great breakfast and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back soon.
The coffee is delicious and I am a huge fan of their hash browns. I do wish they had skillets on their menu but the omelette I ordered was really good. Over all, everyone in our party enjoyed their meals and our waitress was amazing. I am not a big fan of their layout of tables but that's just a personal thing.
Wonderful local gem of a breakfast place. Welcoming staff. Coffee was better than many breakfast spots I’ve been too. A huge variety of breakfast foods with twists (pancakes, waffles, crepes, French toast and more). Portions are generous and you might want to choose a half order. Clean space with a rustic warm feel.
This is THE best breakfast place! I haven't been here in a while but the food is still awesome! I couldn't decide so I ordered everything I wanted and brought home the rest for leftovers. I got 3! buckwheat pancakes, bacon, and an omelette with mushrooms, spinach, and onion. My husband ordered 2 eggs sunny side up and corned beef hash. My omelette tasted so fresh, I could see the fresh mushrooms slices, and a generous amount of spinach. Everything was so good! This has been open since 1959 and so happy we have a place like this in Addison! Also, there potato pancakes are just so good!
We love breakfast here. The omelettes and the biscuits and gravy are great. Service has always been very good but it really gets loud and cramped when they are busy (and it's almost always busy when we are there).
The most friendly restaurant I have been to! They literally treat you like family there! So excited to eat here every time I am in Chicago! A must stop!!
Loved the apricot Bohemian pancakes along with eggs and bacon. My girls enjoyed their burgers for brunch. You can't go wrong with Millies!
Came across Millies Pancake Shoppe while driving through the area one morning. Can be easy to miss as its in a strip plaza, but it caught my eye. Immediately upon entering I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the largely wooden decor and
Ordered the breakfast special (it has a name but I forget what it was) 2 eggs, 3 pancakes and a choice of meat. The eggs were prepared as ordered, the ham was pan fried and had a nice crisp and the pancakes were loaded with chocolate chips. The true star of the show here was the strawberries and sauce that I ordered additionally for the pancakes. Made the ham and pancakes that much better.
I'll return at some point in the future.
If you need some of the best hotcakes you've ever had you need to come to Millie's Pancake House! The recipe has been the same over 15 years that I've been coming here. And as far as I'm concerned this is above and beyond but when my hot cakes came to the table there was a :-) in the pancakes! I'm going to leave a picture and you be the judge. I always generous tip and the :-) just sent it over the top! So thank you to Millie's for the wonderful breakfast and Happy Holidays to all the staff and waitresses!

The ambience of the restaurant makes you feel like you're at home or at your grandma's house. This is great restaurant to bring your whole family !
