The drive through lines were VERY long BUT I was pleasantly surprised to get through the line in less than 5 minutes. Even better, they got all of our special orders correct!!! Food was hot, and served with a smile! A job well done!! Rated it a 4 because we felt a little rushed during the ordering process. But she was knowledgeable and friendly, just all business!

Never had a problem here until tonight. A girl name I think Zada was a completely rude to my mother. Alone with the fries where freezing with no salt on it. One of the managers where rude as hell. We waited on food over 30 mins.

The food was right, and the staff was super great but minus one star for the fact you got my order wrong the night before...
This was the fix but minus another star for my food being Luke warm straight out the window.

Ok the filet of fish used to be great. Not in Ada Oklahoma. A half inch by half inch piece of cheese. A tiny dab of sauce. When on the road I used to get them all the time. Very disappointed with McDonald’s.

The lady handing me my food, while waiting was staring at the screen of orders and slapping her mouth with a straw. When my order came up she threw that straw in my bag and tried handing it to me. I told her I don’t want that straw after her touching it on her mouth multiple times. She yanked the bag back, threw another straw in, and said “here.”
I don’t care if it’s pre-pandemic or post, I DONT WANT ANYTHING THAT TOUCHES ANYONES FACE NEAR MY FOOD.

I have never had problems here before, they almost always have my order right and cooked to perfection. Last night I went through and my Big Mac tasted old, it was so bad. Sometimes this happens but I'm a bit disappointed in you guys!

After we waited 30 min to get our order they brought us the wrong food twice. This place has gone downhill. Maybe in 2 or 3 weeks they will be worth going to again. I will stay away until then.
Latest trip. Only a 10 min wait this time and we got the right food bags. But two 10 piece chicken nuggets boxes were order and one had nine pieces the other had seven. So, sixteen nuggets instead of twenty that were ordered. Still not worth it except for drinks.
