Chili's

Steaks were over done, but still edible. The cheese fries looked like they were sitting for a while. The mashed potatoes tasted old and were stiff. There was no strawberry sauce with the cheesecake. Asparagus was practically raw and baby thin. Food overall was pretty bad. Service was amazing though, Jadie was so nice and was willing to listen to our concerns with the food.

The past several times we've been here we have experienced long wait times for food, especially when getting the dessert. The wait staff usually does a decent to good job but they can't fix what I assume is poor management, either overall or in the kitchen. I always order Cajun chicken pasta and the chicken has been hard and noodles soggy like it's sitting in a warmer for too long. I know help is hard to come by nowadays but how about finding solutions in order to provide excellence and not settling for mediocrity?

Got there at around 1:40 p.m. and the place was practically empty. Had to wait to be seated though. The little kiosk thing on the table was filthy and disgusting two tables by us that hadn't been cleared and cleaned not to mention food and a mess all over the floor. Don't know how that could be considering there weren't hardly any customers at all so there was plenty of opportunity to clean them up but they didn't the whole time we were sitting there trying to eat. The bathroom the toilets don't even flush all the way and the floors are all sticky. He had to take a picture of the QR code in order to get a menu unless you asked for a physical menu. The least they could do is have free Wi-Fi available if they're going to make you go on the internet to get their menu. The food was good but under seasoned or should I say not seasoned at all. And for it being chillies you figured that it have some sort of spice in it a little bit at least. Took a long time for somebody to come over and serve us and it ended up being the manager I think until the waitress was available whom the manager said was busy at the moment. Busy with what? It's not like anybody was cleaning up the restaurant or anything which I'm surprised the manager didn't get right on that. Overall not impressed at all and will not be going back especially spending $90 for lunch. Not worth it to eat in filth and having to look at filth the whole time we were there.

So I had chicken quesadillas. They were cold and very little chicken in them. My boyfriend had chicken tacos and they were cold. My dad had soup and salad. Soup was really salty. My mom had beef quesadilla. They were also cold. Took 10 minutes to get drinks from the bar. $75 for dinner and would not go back.
