Taco Bell

Closed the doors on me literally feet from the door at 12:00pm. I was told the lobby is closed, but I saw several people in there eating. They locked the door. I called and was told it's just because they are busy. Umm, what? Four cars in drive thru, maybe another four inside. We just lock doors when it's "busy" at lunch?? Seems like a terrible business plan. I walked from ECU campus for a nice lunch, now I'm walking back. Kinda ridiculous.

It was such a great experience at this store. I don't eat fast food very often. But i have been in oklahoma for 8 years and maybe eaten taco bell 4 to 6 times. I order 2 tacos no lettuce and there is no meat in the tacos. Its ridiculous. I order 2btacos they werent full of meat like taco casa but it had enough meat to taste meat versus just esting a taco shell. Tha m you and i will go back.

Taco bell in ada was ok they were trying to be quick but I hÀd a. Difficult order to understand and they did a good job ,thanks to their management billy huff he was very polite and helped make the order while trying to be a good host at the window he should get a raise for all he does to make the customer happy

UPDATE: DONT EAT HERE!! I GOT TERRIBLE FOOD POISIONING AFTER EATING HERE!! I haven't had food poisoning in YEARS! They deserve ZERO stars and it's sad to see them disgrace the Taco Bell name. Long lines at night. The place needs major cleaning. The bread for my chalupa was incredibly hard, to the point where I only ate the filling.

Went through the drive thru to order a meal fir my family. Upon asking for a chicken quesarito I was informed that that item was only available to order using the app. Which is incorrect! I’ve ordered that item from multiple Taco Bell locations and never had to use the app. They simply charge me for a steak and substitute the chicken for an up charge. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PERSONNEL BETTER!! We decided we’d just have chicken at chicken express.

I honestly can’t remember a single time we have had our order completed correctly…. My girlfriend is vegan and Taco Bell is the only place open late and one of the only places that she can grab a bite to eat since she’s vegan… well we order our usual order a chalupa with rice and guac and black beans no meat of any kind. Not only did we get home to realize that her chalupa had beef in it but the bread of the chalupa was COMPLETELY RAW…. someone forgot to throw the bread in the fryer I guess, and I was also missing some of the other items I ordered for myself and was not given a receipt at all…. This is certainly not the first time this type of thing has happened and I don’t normally complain about fast food places because I mean it’s fast food my standards aren’t very high to begin with but wow I’ve never seen anyone mess up so badly repeatedly
