Mcdonald's

The thing about McDonald's is global consistency in the food, cleanliness, and service. And then there's this poor store. Service is surprisingly terrible. Orders always take 2 to 3 times longer to fill. And check your order carefully before leaving the counter -- they're rarely correct on the first try.

I ordered stuff at 8-something and specifically asked to make sure that they were open until 9. I went outside, enjoying my meal, and I tried going back in at 8:56 to grab a refill for my drink. The doors were locked. I knocked on the door, of course to no answer. I know it may not seem like a big thing to the employees, but if you're open until 9, you're open until 9. Not 8:56, not 8:59. 9:00. I'm thirsty.

Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. My fries were cold and replaced with soggy, refried fries, the soda was sort of flat, my apple pie said to "enjoy by 11am", at 2pm and to top it off I found a long black hair in fish sandwich. I saw another customer returning their chicken sandwich as I was getting ready to leave so this seems like a normal experience here so I will avoid in the future.

Agree with previous review this location is in running for worst McDonald's...but in world (been to many all over - Egypt to Japan to Guam). Was a regular for years. Even in better days, it was only passable, built in disadvantages with no drive thru and traffic bottleneck at nearby rotary. Even before covid it was rapidly declining. Now there is a surly Latina manager who always looks like she wants to kill you. App says it's lunch during bfast and bfast during lunch. Won't honor points or deals at counter after manager trudges out...and looks like she wants to kill you. Avoid.

THEY DONT FOLLOW COVID GUIDELINES. My fries were old so I handed them back and I watched them throw those same fries I touched back in the fry basket with the new ones. When I said something, the young Asian man that took my order (he didn’t have a name tag on so I can only describe) just shrugged his shoulders at me and walked away. They are getting worse with the customer service. But atleast have some protocol while COVID is still affecting everyone around. The old manager Nora had guidelines, Idk what’s happening
