Jack In The Box

First time me and the wife tried jack in the box.The service here is what will make us come back for seconds. Great first time experience and they cashier that reccomend both sandwiches for us was the best customer service I seen in a while. Something Junior I think was his name. Superb customer service! That's rare now a days! Thanks again. We need more jack in the box in the south! Florida needs at least 1

Update May 2022 - Food quality is much better on the regular. But, DO NOT make a mistake on your order. They will drag you hard (over 20 minutes) for the remake. Had to make an adjustment for an allergy after forgetting to ask ahead, and they didn't even bother to restart it until ten minutes later. Not fun. Update July 2021- Still sucks and they now give out patties that are half missing (see pics) They apparently don't care enough to serve hot and fresh food. Today was the last $6.50 I'll be paying there. Made me wait aside from the line for what I thought would be fresh, but it was cold and stale. Even only 2 minutes after receiving the "food" Update 11/05/2019 even when you ask for it to be made fresh, they will lie to you, and still cut corners. I can't believe how lazy these cooks are. I don't mind waiting, just make it fresh. They can't even get that right.

When the girl is there they have great customer service, otherwise horrible. 2 young men just treated me very condescending to the point I don’t have faith they didn’t do anything to my food. Was looking forward to trying your new menu items but I won’t be back. I would fire both of them immediately or you will loose a lot of revenue & otherwise loyal customer.

Fast drive thru. Terrible with attention to detail. Large fries was half full and cold. The young lady at the drive thru window forgot my drink. Dec 22 2021- after reconsidering coming back to this restaurant I ordered the same thing as last time. Same outcome. Cold fries half full and the drink was all ice. More wasted money. I won't be returning to this establishment.
