The staff was friendly the restaurant looks to be trendy and they were super fast with our order. I wouldn't say it was the best tasting pizza but it looks like a fun place to hang out with your friends. The chicken wings on the other hand very different then what I was expecting and I definitely won't order those again. Batter was something I've never seen with wings. Pizza, well I've had better flavor. Overall I won't go back but I do recommend this place if you like the pizza, beer and a group of friends. They had big enough tables to fit 20.

Lacking, yet has potential. My oldest son, 11, "Hey, dad. This pizza is tough and chewy, but it tastes good." Called in an order (large/thin crust, 2 topping pizza, 12 piece boneless wings and cheesecake - pics attached) for pick-up, at 6:50, left the restaurant at 7:45, in part, due to my youngest son, 6, and I taking advantage of the family-friendly ammenties...but mostly due to the wait time. The person who took the order was extremely friendly, helpful (explained menu items I asked about) and knowledgeable. I originally ordered a couple of extra items (Philly sub and Loaded tater-tots), yet, "Items to make those weren't on the delivery truck this week." Completely understandable, this isn't uncommon with local establishments...supply/demand, cost effectiveness, food management. One of the reasons I'll give them another try, because the descriptions alone seem tantilizing.
Upside, tasty and grilled flavor..pizza and wings, not the cheesecake, obviously. The flavor profile was that of a wok, on high heat, with minimal oil. Definitely a different (good) flavor than the box shops (i.e. dom's, john's and the hut). Portion sizes were increasingly more as well. The boneless chicken didn't have the "chewy" parts, like that of the hut, yet the texture was more of store bought and baked. The sauce flavors (mango habanero and afterburner buffalo) were outstanding. Haven't found any, locally, that compare...not even the wing shops. The pizza was lacking tremendously. I ordered the happy hour special, large 2 topping. My sons like thin crust and pepperoni, so when I saw that one of their specialties was called Pepperoni Paradise, I was expecting a "double pepperoni" to be semi-par...not so much. As you can see from the pics, budget cuts seemed to be occuring or there was a shortage of pepperoni on this week's delivery truck as well.
The service, from everyone we came in contact with, was superb and friendly. So much so, the cashier was attentive to the card I paid with and offered a discount, without asking, and gave a free drink cup to my son.
Pros: Not the average menu/flavor profile, tasty wing sauces, ice-cold draft beer, extremely family-friendly, games/TV to pass the time, superbly friendly service, mass portions, all-you-can eat option, and happy hour specials.
Cons: Extreme wait time, store bought boneless wings, "tough & chewy" pizza.

Everything was amazing on a first visit. Great atmosphere, beer, ice tea, great salad options, different types of dressing including fig vinegar, awesome pizza buffet or customize your order and all types of games. Thanks for an amazing experience and keep up the great work...

I ordered a 16 inch stuffed crust pizza. When the pizza was finally delivered (1 1/2 hour wait) it was a 12 inch pizza in a 16 inch box. I called and questioned why it was so small and at first I got an appology and they offered to replace the pizza. Before I got off the phone they asked me to text them a picture of the pizza inside the box just to verify that it was actually as small as I said. Okay, that's fine. I sent the picture and moments later get a call back. "I did not realize you had a stuffed crust pizza. Stuffed crust makes the pizza smaller because we fold the dough over." (Does this mean if I had ordered a 12 inch it would have actually been 8 inches? Don't label it 16 inch if it's not a 16 inch pizza.) So they then withdrawal the offer to replace the pizza and tell me instead they will give me 20% off my order and that that's the best they can do. (20% was never taken off my bill)
Basically if you get a stuffed crust pizza, expect it to be 4 inches smaller than what you order.
This was such a disappointing experience.

I would love to give this a 5 star review because typically we have never had any issues. However, yesterday we ordered for delivery at 6:30 pm and did not get our pizza and wings until 10pm. When it arrived it was cold. I am thinking they are short staffed and this is a one time occurrence.

Ordered a pizza and was notified it would take 40 minutes to be ready. Arrived to pick it up 45 minutes later only to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes, then told it would be another 7-8 minutes. ‘I don’t know what happened, we weren’t busy and then all of a sudden we had a bunch of orders.’ Yes, that’s what happens when you run a business in the food industry. Haven’t even eaten the pizza yet but would not recommend.

Ordered my pizza at 6:30pm. Was told it would take 45 minutes. At 10 after 7 we drove to the drive through where 2 other cars left before getting thier food. I knocked on window and finally someone(that looked like they just woke up) came to the window and said my food was just now being prepared. Now its 7:45 and still no pizza. Not to mention no one is wearing a mask inside restaurant including employees. In times where people are struggling to find work you would think you would get great customer service. Sorry black box pizza. Will not be returning. I knew there was a reason why we haven't been there in 2 years. Sad part is thier pizza really isn't that bad.

So...this pizza is mediocre at best, the customer service is much the same. We ordered from Black Box for the first time tonight, and it was okay. I think the person taking my order was new, because I had to “hold on” and repeat myself at least 5 or 6 times. Which wasn’t that big of a deal, but the wait time for our pizza was an hour/hour and a half. When the pizza showed up, it had crumpled in the box so two slices were completely bent in half, And they forgot our sauces. Again, this isn’t a terribly big deal, but it didn’t make the experience any better. The pizza itself was dry as heck. I actually lifted the cheese up to verify that their was even sauce on the crust. We paid $42 (tip included) but...honestly...we should have just picked up Little Caesar’s. Their pizza would have been $20 cheaper AND it tastes better.
