Experience today was not good. First the screen was broke at the stall we pulled in to. So you couldn't pay with your card. Next it took quite awhile before they acknowledged us after pushing the service button. At least 10mins. Could've just said we'll be with you shortly. But nothing. Then the order was messed when it was brought out to the car. The girl kept apologizing as if this had been an ongoing affair.

Order was completely wrong. Order my hamburger with mustard no Mayo no Ketchup. I got Mayo and Ketchup, no mustard. I had already driven off and was miles away when I realized they messed up my order. I was disappointed with them. I had to throw the sandwich away. What a waste on their part. They can't even get one order right. Don't go to this Sonic on N.1st street in Abilene. Tx they don't care enough to get one order right.

Got an early lunch there today. My online order didn't take so we had to re-do it when I got there.
The food was really BAD....cold, stale fries and chili cheese tots, cold, stiff bun on the burger...and the burger was cold. I'd asked for the diet cherry limeade (3 times at least) showed regular on receipt. Really a major disappointment. the only positive thing was the extra veggies on my burger and the service folks.

South 14th has great service in the day time but in the evening their service is very sad to say gone down hill. They are closing the drive thru and still can not attend the customers and they will make you wait and wait before they even turn the speaker on to take your order I see so many people drive off so tired of waiting to get their order taken or their food brought to them. It is like they do not want customers they will tell you you just have to wait 35 or more minutes

Our experience this time was very poor. After ordering we waiting approximately 20 minutes for our food in the drive through line. Once at the window and after paying, it took about 10 more minutes of watching everyone stand around before we were handed 2 corn dogs and 2 hamburgers. All items we received were cold.

Overcharged for order, car hop didn't know how to correct it. Too much noise in the background, had to repeat items, mustard practically running out of burger, not too good for business .

Not a great experience, one of the employees was racing around the parking lot on an electric scooter, practicing his controlled skids, all around as cars were trying to get in line for the drive thru.
Definitely NOT a place we will return to for a meal.
