You can never go wrong with this restaurant this one's fair to Midland and it suits the area pretty good very gracious and kind people that work here

I have many medical dietary restrictions and am unable to eat almost all restaurant food. Fortunately, I can usually tolerate grilled nuggets with no marinade. However today, manager Tai insisted they were not allowed to do that. I have never been told that at any chick fil a, they are usually very respective of my dietary needs. I will also note that all their dining area chairs were already up, seems like they were ready to shut down at 8:03pm.

Good place in the mall to eat due that there is not too many restaurants at the mall of Abilene. Prices are the same as other fast food places, other than that this place doesn't have anything outstanding that makes me want to eat here, but is good once in a while and they have tables and chairs in the outside

The food is great.. it's just the service and the bathrooms. Just about every time I go the bathrooms are disgusting! And the employees aren't always the friendliest. They don't even ask if you have the chick fil a app and when I mention it they have no clue what Im talking about or how to redeem the free items I choose to get. So in the end I don't ever end up with my points so I have to enter it in on the app. And when I go a couple of times in the week I can't even get the points because I reached my limit. I hate going to this location

Roaches on tables and walls near the booth section. My daughters burger had a couple nats on her lettuce. Just threw the food away and left. The staff was all kids that we seen. They don't take there job seriously. Didn't waste our time to ask for refund or other food. We eat @ chick-fil- A a lot and this place was by far the worst. Glad we are just visiting this area and don't live here.
