Taco Bueno

Went inside to order with coupons since they wouldn't do it thru drive thru. Ordered several items, two of which we ordered specifically to be chicken. When we arrived at home we noticed they made those two beef. Drove all the way back across town to exchange them and they kept saying our receipt said beef!!! I said yes, but it's supposed to be chicken!!! The manager said I would have to pay more for chicken, which I replied are you going to pay me for gas for having to drive back over here since you messed up our order in which she replied if only it worked like that. The girl at the window at least said she was sorry for the mistake. I would not have charged a customer extra since we had to go back but I guess customer service isn't too important there. I paid her extra, but our food was cold and nasty after having to go thru all that.

Wasn't really happy with what we ordered. It wasn't the items we ordered but the order was missing items and we had to pull around and go in to get the rest of our order. We didn't get the. Chips and salsa nor the beans and rice. When we ordered a whollata box. Smdh isn't the first time they forgot my items.

This location has some struggles. This most recent time that we went, it was very dirty inside. The salsa bar was an absolute mess. The food was really good though. The staff was very friendly. One girl even checked us out as she was about to leave so we wouldn't have to wait on anyone. The food came out quickly. It is fast food so I expect fast food atmospheres.

I wish I could've put zero stars. There was at least 10 people working and nobody was wearing uniforms OR HAIRNETS. One dude was working in his flip flops. I found a hair in my beef potato burrito. And just when I think my visit couldn't get any worse, I go to the restroom and there were roaches crawling on the walls and ceiling. If they were in the bathroom I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Needless to say I will never go back to that place again. That place is not "bueno" at all! 🤮

Got the Nacho Salad with extra EVERYTHING! DELICIOUS! This location has gotten so much better than it was last year. The staff is friendly and the dining room is clean! The condiment bar was nicely stocked. I have been a fan of Bueno my whole life and it is so nice to say my visit was extraordinary! Good job y'all! We will be back soon....probably tonight after work!!!

Do not eat here. We visited in the drive thru. The employee running the window was dirty with what appeared to be food or possibly grease all of his face. While waiting for the food, we could hear a female worker screaming. I’m not sure if it was at a fellow employee or a customer. We only had eyes on her. The food was bad. My rice was sour. The beans were burnt. The taco meat was unseasoned and dry. The lettuce was warm. Unfortunately, we did not take a hint before paying and receiving the food. We did not finish our food and with what we did eat we were sick to our stomach afterwards.

It was ok. This is the first time in months. The last time I went there , I waited more than twenty minutes for someone to take my order. No one ever came to the speaker, there was no one before me the parking lot was empty. It was like 830 or 9PM. My boyfriend wanted to try something so I went back. Every thing was ok but the rice was hard not done.

Okay NOT sure Who R the OWNERS but Yalls GREED needs 2 Stop before U R forced 2 close down ! COME On 2 workers ONLY & Didn't see any General Manger R any Owner there trying 2 Help either ! PAY more & U could. Have A full Staff ! McDonald's Starts at $12.50 hr U all what $8 R $9 & except way more Than U R paying.
