Out of all the places in Abbeville, this is by far my favorite place to eat. I probably come here a little too often, but every single time, I'm met with great customer service, hot and fresh food, and a clean eating environment. Tonight they really rocked my socks off. Jeremy was super nice and really cool to talk to, he chatted with me when he could while I was waiting for my food, and he's a great conversationalist!! I love this location and their staff and I will be visiting this location for as long as I can!

Jalapeño burger is awesome... fries were fresh and the lady taking drive through orders was very pleasant. Not the normal fast food attitude that I get elsewhere. Best driver through experience I've had in years.

I’d give 5 stars, except when we were looking at the breakfast menu and about to order, the female cashier said “I know the breakfast menu is up, but we’re not making it anymore because we ran out of biscuits”. We started to leave, but couldn’t find anything else nearby with breakfast so we went back in to ask if we could have whatever we wanted on toast and the male cashier that was there then said “of course” and asked ‘Coco’ what was cooked and available. She told him and we asked about a chicken sandwich she said no, but she would make it. It took a short while, so she made everything fresh and threw in 2 cookies for the wait. We had bad customer service and great customer service in the same visit. Some people need to learn to think outside the box! Go Coco!!! We’re visiting from out of town and she made our day!!!

I waited almost 15 mins at the for 3 meals and 2 milkshakes. The milkshakes were disgusting and watery. The chocolate shake was almost the same color as the vanilla and the lettuce on the chicken sandwiches was discolored, soggy and tasted bad. I hope no one got food poisoning from that. All-round horrible place to eat.

Me and my family just went to the drive through ordered or food got the wrong drinks and then the one who served it blamed us. She then told us to pull up and she will bring us our food 15 min later still no food my mom goes in to see the one who served us our drink fix someone's burger on the dirty counter type and then tell my mom to not worry about it it's not yours to be honest it was mainly her who made us have a bad time I believe her name was Heather but not sure

Messed up on my order twice. manager seemed to be very careless of our problems we were having. Ordered a side salad and it only had one piece of lettuce, a tomato slice, a few pieces of onion, and some cheese. Love the Hardees in Lafayette! This experience was horrific!!

Waited in line for 25 mins..appeared only 2 people working and appeared to be cooking as ordered..so therefore I was 3 cars behind so had to wait and wait..then finally up at window and my fries weren't even bagged. Which tasted heated over no season no ketchup and malt was watery.. never again

Decided to try this Hardee's again after 2 very bad experiences. The change was incredible. The servers were friendly and helpful and the food was great. The restaurant was clean and bathrooms were clean. Keep up the good work!
