Subway

My husband just went to this location and ordered 3 sandwiches. I had uncooked bacon on my sandwich which subway normally ours the bacon in the toaster oven to cook it. They were out of spinach and spicy mustard. Every time we go to this location they’re always out of several ingredients. My Italian BMT was poorly assembled really sloppy the ingredients that are on there are upside down on the sandwich I’m soooo disgusted. I’m trying to call the store they are not answering

I had a 2 6in meal deal coupon for $10. It literally took the staff over 30 min to figure out how to use it. One of the girls provided the worst customer service I have EVER had. The receipt printer was down and instead of saying just that when I asked for my receipt she said "we charged extra because there was bacon added!" I told her I didn't care about the price I just needed the receipt. She went on to give an attitude because they couldn't find the button to hit to use the coupon. When I asked for the manager she LIED and said "she isn't here." I told her "I know she is. She just walked out here." She continued with "I don't care. She is busy!" I told her I didn't give a damn. I needed the manager. Not that the mgr helped since she didn't apologize for anything and still didn't fix the printer for the receipt. Worst service!!! Will not be back ever!
