Mcdonald's

I always go there to get an iced vanilla latte. At least 3-4 times a week. It's my favorite coffee and I even think it's better than Starbucks! But lately I've been getting non fat or the incorrect flavor and its absolutely disgusting. It's like barley sweetened, watered down milk. It was fine until about a month and a half ago. I didnt order a nonfat caramel drink. Also there was a gentleman who prepared my incorrect beverage and he was pulling his mask down several times and talking to this coworker. They were laughing and having fun and that's more than ok but, the drink he prepared clearly lacked attention. I know it's not a coffee joint. But the lack of effort and responsibility to get one drink right is disappointing. I'm not going to return to this mc Donald's unless my kid gets a treat.
