Carmel cold brew is my coffee of choice I get it with extra Carmel and extra sweet cream. The coffee is always good and the employees are always friendly. They added a red velvet cold brew which is alot my new favorite but I know it's a limited time so I need to enjoy it while it last

We have been going here for years but now we are done going here. We waited 45 minutes just to get our drinks….that weren’t made right and were the wrong size. My wife’s “coffee “ is just milk and syrup and a 16oz when it should have been a 24. My London fog, was supposed to be a 24 ounce and I got a 16. The guy at the window was not friendly and when we pointed it out, he just gave us the drinks and walked away. Oh and they forgot both of our kids drink, which were also by the right size or even rang up when we went to pay! This is absolutely rediculus. Save your time and go to one of the locations in Holland cause unless you want to waste your time, then this location will just mess it up and be rude about it as well

I ordered a large coffee and sausage egg and cheese bagel. It took 25 minutes and I arrived at work late because they are so slow. I opened my sandwich and they had forgot the sausage.

Of ALL the locations this one is by far the most superior !! Every single time the coffee is PERFECT !! I’ve never had a bad cup ! All other locations take note this is how it’s done !!

Biggby is my bad habit. Strawberry Punch Mocktail in the summer, Cinnamon Spice Tea Latte on the winter. I'm there every week!

Waited for 30 minutes only to be told they’re out of cold brew and i’d have to wait another 15 minutes. we left.

I Love Biggby! I get something every morning…..but the wait times are so long. I’ve been sitting in the same spot for 10 minutes, I haven’t even made it to the order part yet. The lobby is closed and as I’m sitting here watching you have lost more than 10 customers. I would recommend the coffee but I probably wouldn’t recommend the location at this time…..

Good coffee. I however witnessed one of the employees sitting on the floor with her head in her knees from the drive thru window. Kinda odd and inappropriate.
