Hardee's

I used to eat here near every day. Staff Has rotated, and idk what the hell happened but I almost vomited today from my burger - couldn't even finish it. The patty tasted like, and looked like, it was boiled. Not to mention I paid extra for the double burger and only got one patty.... Just picked it apart and when I tried to eat just the bun, it tastes like it's freezer burnt.

Went through drive thru and ordered a 3 piece tender large combo. The manager I believe rang up a 5 piece and charged me for it. I looked at the receipt and wasn’t going to make a big deal and just going to keep the 5 piece. Drove home and found 3 small pieces in my bag. They were cold too btw. I called up and said I was just up there and told the lady on the phone what was going on. I told her I would like a refund for their mistake and she gave me attitude and said “well you coming back up here or what?” I said no I’m not driving back up there right now. She said the only way you’re getting a refund is if you come back up here and bring the food back.. I told her I’ll call corporate and get my money back and she hung up on me. Classic fast food customer service.
