Subway

Ordered via the website for doordash delivery. I ordered a footlong tuna, got a 6 inch and it was barely wrapped. The second sub was the correct one, but had 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey and 1 piece of bacon. That photo is what the sub looked like when I got it. It barely had anything on it. The bag wasn't sealed shut with the doordash sticker either.

Usually never have a problem coming here but that is because I usually come here in mornings. , but tonight came in at around 740pm lady working there was rude and disrespectful. Upset because when I got to cash register I wanted to order another sandwich even though store was empty. Made a comment and said “ man I wish I was ringing him up I would have torn him up” as in she would have told me how she felt just because I asked for an additional sandwich. Then asked about leaving a tip and to leave it in cash. I just ignored her and got my sandwiches and left. Was very upset about this service.

This is the absolute worst place to order food from. I did an online order around 9 and the food was supposed to be ready by 9:45. My husband and father in law get there to pick the food up and they had everything closed and locked up. So he called and the young girl said I’m not making your food I’m ready to go home. The guy had our receipt and told my husband that he would have to come back tomorrow or anytime this week to get a refund. We were visiting from out of town and we wasted our time and money plus we didn’t get our food. The people that worked there has the worst attitude and if I could give this place no stars I would. This is so uncalled for and ridiculous subway needs to hire people with better attitudes and people skills. Worst place ever.

Closes the store early daily, didn’t even write a review on that a few days ago because I said probably only one working but not my problem. Store wouldn’t take my coupon said something about the Wifi wasn’t working which again wasn’t my problem, after making my subs. I left the subs because it could have been an easy fix but I’ve never received good customer service at this location, I think y’all just was desperate and hire anybody from the oldest to the youngest the customer service is -1.

This is the worse subway i have ever experienced when it comes to trying to get food here due to time!! . This is the 4th time i have went to this subway and they are closed at 9:25-9:30 and the reason is bc they have to be out at 10 but online it says they close at 10pm. I worked at a subway and i know that is not true. I’ve went to work hungry because of how early the workers decide to close the store here so they can leave early . It’s insane that the owner has allowed this for this long . I’m new to the area but an older lady waited with me while we asked when the manager would be available & how she refuses to eat at this subway late hours due to maybe getting there and they are closed . Subway is one of the few places here that’s open til 10pm. They are horrible here! It’s ridiculous

Terrible I ordered a foot long meetball with cheese toasted and only half of it had cheese and the marinara sauce taste burnt call to complain and some lady act like she was the assistant manager came back the next day met the manager she took care of the problem and said the lady was not an assistant but I still won't go back I'm a Jimmy John's type guy
