The prior reviewers were correct, you are second to the adjoining Subway. The young man that served us though was friendly. The ice cream did have some what of a freezer burn taste. I do wish we had read the other review prior.

Absolutely the worst ice cream experience I have had in my life. First 2 times I came here no one ever came to take my order so I left. I then tried for the 3rd time with my wife and we both got ice cream that was completely freezer burned.. $7 for 2 seperate flavors and both of them freezer burned. I will never go back and please look at this review so you don't waste your money

Ordered a hot fudge sundae, but they were out of chocolate syrup. Ordered a PB shake, they don't make those. Ordered a PB shake, they don't make those. Ordered a PB shiver (yogurt and toppings mixed together), the "didn't think" they could do those. All these items were listed on the menu on the wall. Had to ask for someone from the adjoining Subway to come over and help us.

Don't bother using the TCBY app that is sent by email. Went today and was told the "OWNER" doesn't accept any giftcards or coupons. Knowing that all TCBY locations are franchised and must follow guidelines according to the brand. Will email corporate to make them aware.

I've been twice in the last week. Both times there wasn't someone behind the counter at TCBY. The girls at subway don't bother coming over to help... they'll leave you standing there for 10 minutes. Poor management

It’s 6:28 on a Saturday and there is no one to run their register. We had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting for a worker to show up. I don’t see how you can stay in business when it is run like this.

The shop was a bit dirty. There was a dead insect on the floor and dried ice cream on the bar area. The staff from the Subway weren't too friendly..
