Subway

Today is Tuesday June 30th 2020 and today I ordered a sandwich for my boyfriend's dinner over the phone. I ordered him a chicken bacon ranch toasted with pepper jack cheese a few green peppers and told them to put 5 jalapenos on the sandwich. When I went to throw the paper that the sandwich came in away I found out that he had picked off jalapenos and it was certainly more than just the five I ordered it was more than double the amount that I ordered for his sandwich and he can't handle that many I thought I made it quite clear that it was only supposed to be 5 jalapenos and they weren't busy so I really don't understand how they can make such a mistake because I spoke very clearly. As the first manager for that Subway I am very disappointed and would expect better from my team. I really hope that they can step it up the next time that he has to get a sandwich and they can get it right.
