Taco Bell

On Monday, Mar 7th, 2022, I ordered two beef burrito supremes, a single beef hard taco and a nachos bell grande at this location in Yuma, AZ. One of the burritos was stuffed with nothing but beans and lettuce. the nachos bell grande hardly had meat, and the taco was wrong, and there was something wrong with the sour cream. it tasted expired. I will never purchase taco bell ever again after this incident, even if it's a well-managed joint somewhere else. And if you DO fire everyone there, let them know it was the guy that threw the burrito on the ground that one night and spit the rest of it out the window. I want them to know they messed up BIG TIME.

The service was wonderful and the food was great, as expected. While we were eating our lunch, a guy came in who looked pretty down on his luck, and the manager was kind enough to give him some tacos to eat. We offered to pay for his lunch, but she insisted that it was fine and that he had been a good customer before. There needs to be more people like her in this world. We will definitely be back, and thank you to that kind manager for treating that man like an actual human being.
