I went to rally’s to get some chicken wings for me and my kids brought it home to eat and bit into the win and it was pink inside I called the store and they said they can replace it another day because by the time I got back to the restaurant they would be closing (I live 35 mins away ) I said that’s fine and I called a few days later to talk to roger who said he was manager on duty the night it happened and he was on break so another worker said he talk to the higher manager and they said they can not replace the wing nor do they do refunds .but he was going to only fix half the wings I ordered because the wings are too expensive but he was going to throw in two large frys and two burgers so I said okay I guess that will work no other choice and I had to wait a week till he worked again and when I went and got half the order of wings they came back pink again and I called and they had another worker tell me there’s nothing they can do nor will they replace the order and the manger didn’t even want to get on the phone to talk to me . I will never go here again .

Ordered fully loaded fries and the mediocre amount of sauce is all i got on them. They need to put more sauce on those fries. Got the "monsterella" cheese sticks and those were amazing. 3 stars.

The lady taking my order was helpful. I asked her what her favorite burger was and she gave me two suggestions. I was able to order based on her recommendations. That was appreciated. What I didn't care for was the lack-luster meal. They didn't offer any sugar and caffeine free drinks. The sandwich was bland. Overall, one can't complain when going through a drive-thru at a fast food joint. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit!

Loaded fries have always been my go to for years and I still haven't been disappointed yet. Their burger names are enjoyable like my favorite the mother cruncher. I've tried almost every burger and none of disappointed my taste buds.

Fries are very good, the burger with fries in it is very interesting but in a good way! Lots to pick from on the menu.

Food was cold, Big Buford combo. Fries and burger were definately sitting awhile before i drove thru. Why cant they make it fresh and hot when ordered. Thats why i was their only customer. Nobody wants cold food. The drink was extremely flat, no carbonation. I wont go back, thats the 2nd time this month i was served cold food and i was their only customer there last visit too, now i know why.

Loved it! They have a great cheeseburger with all the old-school condiments; lettuce, tomato, pickles & thousand island for.....$3.00! And the fries are to die for!

I ordered the 1/2 popcorn chicken box w/ a large fry and coke. I asked for BBQ sauce and they were “out”. Asked what other sauces they had and they offered ranch and Buffalo, so I said ranch! And they replied with that will cost you 22¢. So I decided against it and let it be. Then I get home and open the box of chicken to find they filled it mostly with fries and a few pieces of chicken. So I basically paid just shy of $10 for lots of fries and a drink...
