I have now ate at this franchise three times. Each time I place my order I ask for silverware (I am traveling). Each time oh yes no problem. No silverware. This time I wait because they were making fresh rice. My egg rolls were burnt. No more eating here for me.

Second time I order through Uber Eats. Serving time they didn’t get order correct. I even called and talked with Simone at the restaurant itself. If you order pickup, don’t trust them that they’re put anything extra that you’ve asked for. Will never eat here again.

Portions were good but staff kept forgetting part of our order. Had to go back to the cashier to ask for sauce and order that was missing.

The good food has always been the main reason to return to this chain, but in recent visits (particular location), the meal you go out of your way to get, they are "...out of for the night..." I recently started posting my reviews as I am starting to see a trend in this general location for the lack $#cks given. I hope the chain brings the standard back up.

Worst Panda Express I ever ate at.! Everything almost same flavour and was very very VERY oily. Even THE CHOW ME IN WAS EXTREMELY OILY. AND ALL THE CHICKEN IS HALF GROSS FAT. Service sucked like we were a pain the their hind ends. Our dogs liked it though.

I used to love Panda when they actually had chow mein noodles. Now they have cabbage with like 4 noodles lost in between.
