Stopped in for breakfast on way Tucson. 2nd time eating here. 630am -730am is the sweet spot for quick seating. Not crowded at this time. Great decor and atmosphere. Love the bear theme. Waitress was friendly and helpful. We had the Shasta scramble with toast and bacon. The bacon...outstanding!!! Don't miss out on this smokey deliciousness. Scambles were just right and low calorie. Add a little bear sauce to spice it up.

Great breakfast!! I haven’t been here for lunch or dinner, but if you want a new breakfast spot, this would be a great place to try! 🙌
Our breakfast plates came out hot and delicious! We really enjoyed the fresh juice that is made here.
Nothing against the restaurant or employees, but this place gets extremely busy on the weekends, I would HIGHLY recommend making reservations! 👍

If you are looking for good food entertaining atmosphere and yummy desert Black Bear Diner is the place. Wonderful experience and prices that are very reasonable. Will frequent this restaurant again.

Had a nice meal. Was perfect weather to sit outside. Unfortunately, the patio tables are a little neglected and we were concerned the leg was going to give out! The server was very accommodating and we were happy. I always recommend the pancakes here. Also, the avocado club was very good.

IF you’re hungry, the breakfast sliders are a must! Large enough to share if you’re not a big eater. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

We had a great lunch. My favorite Patty Melt was great. Rye bread and more fries than I could eat. My wife had soup of the day and 1/2 sandwich which was very good for her smaller appetite. Good service. We were seated right away. Very clean and kept that way. We have been in many Black Bears when we travel and the were all very similar.

REAL corned beef hash! Huge portions!!
Do not go at noon on a Sunday, lol. We couldn't even park, so we came back on Monday. So glad that we did!!
Planning on going back before we get back on the road!!
