Great sandwich and service. The salted caramel chocolate chip cookie was amazing. I came into eat when it was snowing, and the lobby was ridiculously cold. I'd recommend serving hot drinks or better insulating during snowy seasons.

They took too long to get my order. I had to use my debit card instead of paying cash for my order. When I got my got my order it had lettuce on my fish sandwich. I told them no lettuce on my fish sandwich. I can't eat lettuce on anything. I would have to be in the hospital throwing up blood. I am the one who goes thru the pain and many other things. I want my order the way I ordered it Not the way you want it. The woman was rude to me over it.

Just horrible! The staff seemed to hate life! I used to love the beef n cheddar sandwich.. It was loaded with lots of meat and dripping with cheese. The slogan should read "Arby's, we charge high prices and skimp on meats and cheese." Tonight was more like an Arby's JR " light on the cheese"! We won't be going back to any Arby's as apparently this is the new norm for them.

The Asst Manager was the only person working at 9 pm. We walked in and there where 6 of us and she had the best attitude that I've seen in a long time. She had our order out pretty quick, and everything was hot. The upper management need to give this lady a raise and some help.

We needed a quick, light meal while traveling, and saw this place. We like Arby's, so stopped in. There were cars in the Drive-thru, but no-one inside.
We placed our order, and didn't ever get seated before it was ready. Classic Roast Beef sandwiches and curly fries were fresh and hot. Great quick lunch, friendly staff.

The food is always fresh and you rarely have to wait very long. The sweet kid in the drive thru tonight was extremely nice and respectful- some other locations could learn from him!

These 5 stars are for the customer service and food, alone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great customer service,

🚫floors were very sticky, despite having a wet floor sign out.
🚫The seats were sticky and there needs to be A LOT of updating done to the store. It's an older store with older fixtures, tables, restrooms, etc.
