If I could give them 0 stars I would. Suppose 1 star works because the Papa burger was very good but it took literally 10 minutes to get it. Add to that the drive up speaker system barely works and the girl taking the order spoke in a whisper and the whole ordering process was the worse I've had in decades. Seriously. I kept looking at the Wendy's across the street wondering how I could cancel my order and hop over there. Unbelievable. Manager/Owner: FIX YOUR DRIVE UP ORDERING.

It's rare that I walk into a restaurant and immediately want to bolt. This place was one of the most disappointing establishments I've been to in years. The guy at the checkout counter kept asking our party to repeat their order because he was hard of hearing. That's a terrible first impression and a bad move on management. We were also told that there was no ice cream of any kind for floats, malts or anything else they had advertised all over the nasty place. All of that aside, the food was not up to the standards I'm used to from this particular chain. The hand crafted root beer was also rather flat. I will never come back to this particular location again.
