Haven't been to Yucaipa KFC in a while. Always enjoyed the Chicken meals. This time I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was dry. Couldn't tell what was a wing and a thigh breast pieces were so small i thought they were the thighs. There are so many places in Yucaipa to spend my hard earned money will not be going back anytime soon...

Yet another franchise just don't get it right in the drive thru. Is it COVID brain or what. Always have to check your food before u go. Guarantee u will have to changed something that was wrong.

Went there last night and they shorted my bucket of chicken. Friendly service but make sure you check your order for accuracy before you leave.

This is literally the worst food I've ever had from a KFC or long johns. Workers are nice but the food was extremely salty and not appetizing .

Persons at the counter great, got our food home, all the chicken original and crispy were absolutely overcooked!
Barely meat on the bones, I took the receipt and no luck with complaining.
26.00 chicken dinner, ate a little, threw out the rest. The pieces were exceedingly small. Maybe a blip but a good manager would have not sent it out.

This KFC was actually was a long john silvers as well. The fish & shrimps were very good not greasy... The people inside were very courteous. the store was very clean...
They didn't act like they were bothered if you asked for something extra..... i highly recommended store
