White Rabbit Coffee

I ordered a sandwich today for lunch was very disappointed. I feel like I wasted my money and I am not inclined to return to this business. I went to lunch with my mother and her food was ready right away, but the "hot" pastrami sandwich took ten minutes and was cold, dry and had a pile of cheese falling off the back of the sandwich. It was not appetizing and the server was not very friendly. The food was handed to us in a paper bag with no comment, just "here". I paid $7.50 for that?

Great food and coffee. great staff too...except one gentleman who was working the cash register was very rude to me and reluctantly took my order.... He made me feel so uncomfortable I left after I told another employee and then I was ignored. Im still trying to figure out why that employee was so rude..to me...it's too bad because I genuinely like and have always liked the white rabbit...I've ate there a total of 5 times and the male employee who was very rude to me had never seen me before that day....he needs to be disciplined and I will never go back there...he acted like he was mad because I was there. Anyways, I'll never go back.....I always noticed that all the employees were always so friendly... It seems almost not normal that the male employee was so rude...I think I'm the only person he was mean to because if he treated more customers like me I'm sure he would eventually get fired.... So just for the record there is an employee at the white rabbit who was very rude to me without cause...I hope that this problem gets Handled... Either way I'll never go back..I told my friends and family too......I recommended that they do not go back either.,........,.........
