12/23 went there. Very rude not friendly. Gave me wrong sandwich. Fries were not cooked right. Extremely dirty

Great sandwiches but when you turn off the grill at 630pm and you claim to be open till 9 how are we supposed to enjoy those sandwiches?! Also employees weren't wearing masks or gloves and were on their phones. Gotta give 1 star, not even sure if I'd trust a sandwich from there right now

It wasn't bad. I'm sure their big sale would be the fries. You can add nacho cheese and bacon but I can't eat like that anymore 😕

My experience at Charleys Cheesesteak was delicious just not enough portions, but overall it was hot.

I ordered a large order very late in the day almost closing time. They were very friendly and food was amazing.

Really good steak sandwiches. I always order the original Philly Steak and I notice there are other sandwiches on the menu like chicken. I believe I also saw an Italian on the menu that I might try sometime.

Very disappointed. This place was recommended to me as a great place for lunch. It was not. Service was slow and they were not very personable. The grill they cooked the food on was so disgusting and covered in layers of stuck on nastiness. The counter was filthy. I normally give places a chance, but not this place. Over priced for the probably germ ridden, nasty, gross, disgustingness. Will not be back.
