Worst experience ever with a Pizza Hut. Received notification that my order was out for delivery and it took 45 minutes to get here. I live 3 miles from the store. When I asked the delivery person why did it take so long she replied in a rude tone " I had 4 deliveries!!". Pizza was cold and the one didn't even have the right toppings. Tried to call the store at least 7 times with no answer. You have 5 Pizza places in your area. Perhaps if you don't want them to take your business you should work on getting Pizza to your customers doors in a timely manner and have your staff answer the phones at your store. Disappointed and discouraged to order from your store again.

On September 20, 2021 we ordered one Large extra pepperoni pizza, 8 boneless honey bbq wings and a cookie around 7:35pm. It said it was going to take until 9:16pm so we thought they were backed up with orders. 9:30 rolls around and still no order, husband calls and is told it will be remade and sent out. They closed at 10pm and still no order. Contacted pizza hut on facebook and they offered a free code for any large. We asked for a full refund on the whole order.. They said it would be 5 days to get a refund. So the refund never came and I emailed pizza hut on their website and they tell me someone will be in contact within 3 business days. Haven't heard anything back. We just want our money ($30)back for the order that we didn't get.

Was supposed to be ready in 35 mins. Then was contacted an hr later saying doordash was then delivering it 1.5 hrs later. Grubhub then proceeded to not show up and mark it as delivered. Tried contacting the store the whole 2 hrs and got hungup on. Proceeded to go to the store in which they claimed to not be able to get ahold of doordash even though it was ordered through pizza hut. After waiting 20 mins at the store the guy unwillingly made an undercooked pizza and offered no refund or appology. Seemed annoyed. Paid and waited almost 3 hrs for undercooked pizza in which is also paid a delivery fee and tip even though we had to jump through hoops then go up to the store ourselves with a newborn. Unacceptable. Never ordering from this store again

Online ordering went flawlessly. The order itself was delivered within half an hour and everything came just as ordered (we had a strange request on one pizza due to a dairy allergy so no cheese or butter) and hot! Thank you!!!

I ordered almost $60 in food. Received a text at 1749 that my food was out for delivery, after waiting for almost an hour, I never received my food. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Finally was able to reach someone who transferred me to the store. Apparently, they said my food was delivered and did I look around since I chose contact less delivery? Not only did I look around, I asked the neighbors and NO ONE had gotten my food ,before I called. They said they will remake and have my order delivered, which I am still waiting for almost another 40 minutes later....
