Usually the service here is good, and when it hadn't been, they did a good job at making things right. So I still go here, but my most resent trip to the remodeled store, buying a newly advertised product & they burnt it 😆 So for the price, size, lack of thought on this concept, & the experience, I give taco bell a thumbs down on the whole new chicken sandwich idea pictured below 😆 Even if it wasn't burned it's a chicken tender wrapped in a pita or something, with a dab of some orange sauce I couldn't taste & nothing more for almost $3. They had a box for $5 which made it worth it for me to try.

I order $29.64 worth of food and only received part of my order. I even asked before I pulled away, "is all my food in the bag or should I check". I have my receipt from Saturday night. I would like my food still! Please make this right. My first visit to Taco Bell in over 3 years and my order is messed up. Seriously?!?!?!?! I was also given a soft drink that I did not order.
Other than that, the staff was very helpful, patient, kind, friendly, and kept the place clean from what I could see. Great job!

Online says they're open, hours of operation posted on door says they're open, but they're open 3 hours late every day. What's the point of offering breakfast if you're never open during the hours you serve breakfast?

Taco Bell in Youngstown was great I was able to charge up my computer do a little work also got a chicken soft taco tasty fresh!
