The new decor is nice. It now has the order kiosk although there is only one. Finally refills in the dining room. The service still hasn't changed. It took about 3 minutes just to get someone to come to the register. Another 10 minutes to get my food. My quarter pounder had dehydrated onions. Management. Must not have made a proper order. Still the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Today I was charged $18 for a quarter pounder meal. They refunded my money but the cashier should have verified the order. Customer ahead of me was given a difficult time getting a no salt fry because the staff does not work together as a team. I have waited as long as 40 minutes for my order to come up. I have been in sales and customer service for 30 years. There is definitely something wrong with training and management at this company. Avoid them if at all possible.

Herb Washington refused to pay for a rental car after one of his signs damaged my car. What an a- hole. McDonalds corporate office needs to check this out. I have dependants that require emergency visits to hospital without notice. Woe be unto him if something happens while my car is in the shop. Very disappointed. I won't be going back to McDonalds again. I will report him to the better business bureau.

By far and away the most terrible employer I have ever had. I spent 16 years with McDonalds and 2 of those were with this owner. Belligerent and rude. Would use foul language at employees, throw things at employees and try to use fear as motivation. There is a reason he has had to close/sell multiple restaurants in the past five years. The business is sucking pond water and he has no one who has the ability to fix it. He really is a black eye on the franchise.

I reported a negative experience at a McDonald's, called this number and they basically shrugged their shoulders. They don't even care that their stores treat customers horribly, which is why McDonalds is losing ground in the fast food wars. I will never return to McDonalds, especially ones that are owned by these scumbags.
