So I ordered a pizza. One pepperoni and bacon and when vegetarian added chicken and white sauce. They tell me it's going to take 2 hours to deliver it. I say okay I'm cool with that then after 2 hours they show up give me the pepperoni and bacon pizza and then the pizza that I wanted which was the white pizza chicken added to the vegetarian pizza there was no chicken and it had red sauce. I called them and I complained they said well everyone makes mistakes and when I said well you made two and they said well everyone makes two mistakes. I will never order their pizza again. It wasn't even good it was nasty and it was wrong and I waited 2 hours for a $32 order and they didn't even take a coupon off.

So i walk in to order a large pizza and the guy tells me "he don't have time for that, come back in like 15 minuts to see" what kind of service is this???

Tried ordering online because I have coupons would not take 2 different credit cards to place order & online would not take either, (mind you we always order online for our business from this marcos and never no issues) but called and man that answered said there is nothing I can help you with if it's online ..... very disappointed but we will just take our business elsewhere....

Since when did BBQ chicken pizza have red sauce on it? And why can't the people making the pizza read simple instructions. I had no crust topping flavour and no added pinnaple which I requested. I guess I need to go to NASA to figure out how to put toppings on a pizza. Not to mention half the pizza was crust... Could have at least made it taste good. I used to love this place. But quality is going way down. And the people are either combatitive, disrespectful, or miserable with their lives 90% of the time. I have tried and tried and I think I've finally drawn the last straw with this place. You Lost a loyal and very frequent customer. Good luck to those who still like it. ✌️

This Merchant has a few core issues.. wait times, employee incompetence. I've seen on occasions a single person doing the job of five and rockin it.(with a great attitude). inconsist delivery times, often shifting. Software issues. Forgotten items (a constant). Sauces, pop, extras.... it's a shame. this store, despite it's monumental fail does well. Insane potential.. .. what a waste.

All the employees was sitting around. One dude was cooking by himself. Pizza was extremely undercooked. Soft white dough you can see the shrreeded cheese didn’t melt all the way. Pepperonis still raw on top. We have to pies like that. We also got Buffalo wings and Asked for well done. We got white chicken barely cooked. We use to order everyday but you lost a loyal customer. Get better staff.
