Mcdonald's

Went they the drive through and ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit along with some other things. they forgot the egg on my sandwhich, so i called and said i was home already and didn’t want to take the drive back is there anything else they could do for me. we’ll they HUNG UP ON ME so i drove my happy a** up there to get the sandwhich that I ORDERED AND THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME. you’d think they’d want to make an angry customer happy but instead they give me this sorry excuse for a sandwhich. one word—TRASH.

In the mornings the line moves quickly & service is efficient, although after breakfast hours (after 10:30am) it takes FOREVER to get thru the line to order, your food takes FOREVER to be made, & at least half of the time it's either slopped together or they made the order wrong.. some of the worst service I have ever received at a McDonald's as far as how long the wait is & how rude the employees are at times. I often try to avoid this location altogether if I can..

I had originally went back to mcdonald's with a friend because they messed up her order. When i got there and got to the window the lady was rude for no reason. She had an attitude asking me if i needed something else. Not to mention how she slammed the window on me before i had everything. I had 2 simple orders and they almost forgot one. I had to tell them what it was. Then all the chaos that was happening there you could hear the workers calling each other slow and arguing. It was a madhouse. It was my first visit there and i will never return. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and ridiculous.

The worst McDonald's in my life and I go daily so I've been to many and none like this one. I ordered on the mobile app yesterday and today, yesterday the 3 orders of nuggets looked, smelled and tasted burnt! I asked for others and they gave me the same. Today I go back and order and the same thing the 3 orders of nuggets looked, smelled and tasted burnt! I ordered the refund because OBVIOUSLY they cook with OLD and BURNED oil, that's why all orders of nuggets come out the same. They told me that they COULD NOT do the refund because I did NOT have a paper receipt because it was an order in the mobile App, but when they delivered my first order they NEVER gave me my paper receipt for any problem... I showed them my digital receipt and they refused make the refund They did 3 more orders of nuggets and all 3 equally disgusting. They need to get their business reviewed for cooking in such a dirty way.

Not sure why this place still exists anymore to be honest. It's terrible greasy food that can't possibly be good for human consumption. Additionally you would think the company that basically invented fast food would be able to get you your subpar food fast. Last time I was there I waited 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries. Nope. Not going back again.
