Received a Fathers Day gift of two Tomahawks. They were defrosted, no ice in the dry ice bag. Spoke with them, no passing me around, the person answering the phaone took care of it. And to day, 06.23 received the steaks again in the same type of packaging and frozen solid. Catullo takes care of thier customers. Seldom do I write a review.

I haven't tried everything but so far, so good. They have excellent chicken nugget trays (kinda like Chic Fila) and their meat snacks are the best around. I'll assume that once I keep checking everything out that this rating would transition into a 5 star.

I drove 85 miles from north west Ohio today 6/4. I arrived at 1O:45 and was informed they had no one working the kitchen so I could not get a sub sandwich. 4 workers were standing around talking and I was the only customer. One whole cooler empty, one cooler with limited items. A total waste of my time. I had planned on spending $3OO+ on prime meats, left with nothing.
Take my advise, go to Giant Eagle or Heinen's, better selection, good customer service. This place sucks! I will never go again.

I bought a 3 lb. beef brisket through Amazon. The picture online showed a nicely trimmed fresh brisket - no visible fat for $49.99. What I received was frozen and vacuum paced, probably 1/3 of it was the fat cap. I contacted the seller and he stands by what he sold me. Total misrepresentation - do not buy online from them as you don't know what you will get. See pictures below...

Absolutely the best quality, selection, service and attention to detail. I simply can’t say enough about the quality of steaks, roasts, seafood and fresh prepared (turducken). The pricing is also ridiculously reasonable for prime and aged beef...which is VERY difficult to find in my area.
I’m a tough customer to please and not only is the beef the best I’ve had (even after TX bbq for 15 years) but they are a family business that cares. They take pride in what they do and clearly it shows.
Ordering online from the Pittsburgh area, typically 1 day transit time via FedEx.

Catullo takes care of you. When you need great meats or poultry, this is the place to go to. They deliver it to your door, and when one of my shipments was delayed, they replaced it immediately. The steaks are some of the best we have ever had and the price cannot be beat for prime meats. Try them and you will not be disappointed
5/01/2020 Update. Just received 30# of chicken breasts. These are very tender and the family knows that they are different. (Catullo must train their chickens to be tender). We will keep purchasing them here.

My family has been coming here since it was on Midlothian. They continue to provide great service and the best cuts and variety of meats around. We recently put in a large order for delivery in Florida. It arrived on time and 100% correct. We have been doing this on New Years Eve for years and it has been awesome every time. I have always loved the quality of meats from Catullo's. The butchers are highly skilled and make great cuts. The front of store staff are always friendly and patient and knowledgeable with my questions. A few years ago I moved out of the area to a major city and I was NEVER able to find the quality of Catullo's in the carious shops I tried there. I am happy to be back!
