The only reason iam giving a 5 star review is because of the manager Tyler. Tyler really went above and beyond. We had a delivery issue and never recieved our food. We were told that it was delivered to two different locations, but our food was never there!! When i called the delivery driver answered the phone and was super super rude. Told me he called and called and texted me, which never happened or i wouldn't be calling asking where our order was!! I called Tyler and what a breath of fresh air. He took care of our whole order. He understands that customers come first. I told him i know the daily struggles with today's world thanked him for going above and beyond!! The sad part, that delivery driver doesnt even respect his own manager!! Props to Tyler!! You rock!!

As much as they charge for food, delivery and including tip you would think they could perform correctly. They should not have a customize option if they refuse to do it, the manager told me I shouldn't have customized, I assume too intellectual of a process. Manager was rude and thought his hanging up mid conversation was appropriate for management, embarrassing. Economics shows a customer who orders at least twice a week is someone you want. Hope

I eat here almost every day for lunch as I work within a 5 minute walk. They are always on point even with the influx of college students (located on YSU campus).

Not as quick as they usually are but sandwiches are very good and made exactly like you ordered. Only 1 complaint - it is very cold in there.

I've had issues with the ordering app, which could very well be operator error. So it's better for me to go in and order, which is just fine because the people who work here are super friendly. Special shout out goes to Angela for remembering me and being so awesome.

Went to Jimmy John's today in Boardman. The first cashier was not knowledgeable about anything I asked about on the menu. They made my sandwiches and did not bag them at all. Handed us the sandwiches with the receipt wothout a bag. When we asked for one, they just pointed them out to us to bag on our own!!! Poor customer service.

Every time I ordered a sub and take mayo off the sub from the online menu they double down with it. Seriously! Some people do not like Mayo, at all and especially mixed with another condiment. Done with it here

I’ve ordered from this JJ for delivery 3 times. And every time. I️ order a large coke. And they show up with some other drink. Not what I️ paid for. 3 strikes you’re out. Never going here again. I’ll go to subway.
