I ordered a Minnie Mouse Ice Cream Cake the same day I needed it and the manager & staff were excellent!! I appreciate all of them for providing excellent Customer Service and making my Granddaughter's 4th Birthday Memorable!!

The last 2x I've been through the drive through I was shorted an item. Not good customer service!

None of the hot food seemed so great. Has a very artificial flavor factor of highly over processed food. The ice cream is good tho. That's what to saved it's 3 star status. Mostly people come to these for ice cream, but there also known for their chili dogs. I can't say their chili dogs are very good thought I would definitely pass if your coming for any hot food here.

Dairy Queen's Manager and the staff made our visit to dairy Queen in Austintown a one of a kind experience.
We visited from the local nursing home in Mineral Ridge and they treated me and my Residents like royalty. They hand delivered all of their orders to them with smiles on their faces and nothing but kindness they were patient and provided the best customer service we've ever received at any business we really appreciate everything they did for us and will definitely be heading back there their in the future. Their customer service is out of this world. Five stars we highly recommend that you visit.

This place is awful! Didn’t tell us that they didn’t have a fryer while we were taking our order and when we pulled to the window a teen boy argued with us about it! Should have told us “this location doesn’t carry that item we’re sorry” not argued with us for 5 minutes. And then my husband ordered a peanut butter milkshake and it was ice cream with peanut butter on top! And even when we did send it back it came back the same. I’ve worked in customer service and the customer is always right!

Boy this place needs a wakeup call. Those kids working there do absolutely nothing but talk a lot and people are waiting for there food. It's totally ridiculous, had to get the manager, those kids act like a bunch of 3 year old's. They need to all be fired, maybe that would wake them up.It took 5 people to make a small twist cone, and that was after I waited over 20 minutes after I placed my order inside. It was a joke, you could have got waited on quicker from a 5 year old. The Management needs a wake up call too, is this how you represent the Dairy Queen name? Poor example of Leadership.
