Denny's

I ordered through UberEats. My food was beyond terrible. 2 raw burgers. Raw chicken. My boneless wings were so cold the sauce was congealed in the container. Potatoes were cold and greasy. They won't do anything but offer to replace the food which wasn't an option for me. The woman I spoke to said oh well UberEats will refund and the gm will call. GM never bothered to call. UberEats wouldn't even refund half of what was paid. So I paid over $40 to Denny's. And almost another $20 to UberEats for food my dog wouldn't even eat. Ridiculous.

Cook that worked around 10 I guess was upset because I wanted my hash brown fried hard with cheese and my sandwich with extra bacon.. one slice of bacon for extra and my hash browns was soggy so I said could y’all fry them hard and when they came back they were even more soggy with hella grease my sandwich was slapped together I’m so upset at this because I was craving the food and now my appetite is ruined

Went there 2/4/22 during the snowstorm. There was only 1 lady working the front and a cook. Despite only having 2 ppl in the restaurant the service was excellent and both meals I got were great. Probably one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. You need to reward those 2 workers for going above and beyond.

So I go Denny's on my birthday and I tell the waitress. She says I have to sign up for rewards. I signed up for the rewards and I mentioned it to her again and she just ignored me. She didn't seem interested in the least. Then I hear her ask a different table about drinks and said that they were out of soft drinks. I won't be eating here again on my birthday or any other time. I guess I see why the restaurant was pretty much empty. I appreciate the reply back, but there won't be a next time. There are plenty of quality restaurants around that I don't have to deal with this kind of stuff.
