Great service and great food. So happy to see many plant based options on a local menu. This makes it one of our go-to places to eat and we love bringing out of town guests here to show off downtown! Here is the vegan Caesar and vegan lasagna.

This was the first time my wife and I dined at Bistro 1907. We sat at the bar and had some nice conversation with some people who frequent the restaurant regularly and they, along with the bar tenders, made us feel welcome and we felt like we had been here many times. The food and service were delightful. The atmosphere is terrific and very relaxing. We will definitely return to this downtown Youngstown gem.

The food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal. And just as good as the food was the service. Very prompt and super friendly. I never once thought “where is my food?” Or “where are my drinks?”. The restaurant is beautiful and designed perfectly with touches of old street lamps and modern light fixtures. I was even amused with the plates and silverware lol. My only two complaints are how uncomfortable the chairs are and how loud the place was. Could really benefit from some sound-deadening, and because of that I give it 4 stars and not 5. But I absolutely recommend this place 100%

Terrific food as always. But to our surprise, yesterday's bill included a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Such an obvious money grab from what we thought was a great place to go & enjoy a great meal & drinks. Plus, the first notice we received that we would be charged this fee was when receiving the receipt to sign. Oh yeah, they did use a yellow highlighter on the receipt to explain the increase in our bills. Sneaky son of a gun. Will decrease our frequency of visiting this place. Customer service took a nosedive!

There was mold on my $15 cheesecake 😩 😕 😒. They were supposed to come back up and see/collect it. I'm so disgusted. I hope the throw the others out. Definitely an issue with quality control.

A jem in Youngstown. Great service, good food, and excellent Bloody Mary bar! Our waiter was highly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to get to know what we liked before making recommendations. We are sharing an entree and the kitchen graciously agreed to plate our meals separate with wonderful presentation. Can't wait to return to further explore the menu!
