Kfc

We were moving things in the house and decided to go get take out for Dinner. About 9:20 pm Went through the drive thru to get a fill up, 8 pieces and three sides, spent $26. Finally got around to sitting down to eat and to my dismay the chicken Was horrible, it was old and dried out just horrible. The store was closed so I immediately did an online complaint. After 3 days I heard from no one, went in today with a receipt and pictures, and was told I should have called the next day. The ONLY thing we can do is replace the 8 pc and two sides, really!!!! No apology, and the order came with three sides not two. Soooo because I (the unsatisfied customer) did not call the next I loose a side? Wow they showed me, bad business!

Went for lunch and the person taking my order had a hard time hearing me even though it was quiet and i told her 2 time i wanted macaroni, and she insisted on mash potatos so i told he no gravy and she put extra gravy, not to mention my drum stick and thigh are just as big as the wings, i also orderd wings but the sauce is only on the top of them and doesn't cover the wings would not recommend them

Upper management is absolutely terrible and the store suffers as a result. Never properly staffed, never properly stocked, and will randomly be closed on the most inconvenient days for the dumbest reasons. It makes me feel bad for the shift supervisors and crew because people will blame them for executing orders that come straight from the top

We went there over Memorial Day weekend. Associates took time to explain all the options (yeah I know it's just chicken but we were ordering food to feed 10 people and weren't familiar with all the options) After placing our order the associate showed us each item in the bag to assure us that everything we expected was in the bag correctly. Kudos to this location for taking extra time and ensuring our order was correct.

KFC Yorkville is a special place. I just left there about an hour ago. The employees who helped me today (Nadia & Ashley) at the drive through order and window were so kind and efficient. It was a pleasure to see their smiling faces. Their managers need to know how priceless they are. Because of them I will come back again and again.

My wife and I stopped in at the Yorkville, ,Illinois KFC to check out their new Chicken sandwich. We had been spoiled in Panama City Beach at a Zaxbys and loved it. Also tried the new Popeyes in Yorkville, Illinois and liked the not so spicy chicken sandwich and enjoyed it as well. We were quite disappointed in the KFC (Yorkville, Illinois) sandwich as we could barely get our teeth through it. It seemed over cooked or ? and we hope that was an isolated case or that the preparation training of this item had not been followed or done well. Flavor seemed okay but we will not order this again at KFC any time in the near future.Sad because KFC fried chicken has always been tender and delicious. I rarely do these reports but to not give you this feedback would assume it was okay or good, neither was the case as a good portion of the chicken in the sandwiches we purchased had to be discarded so we would not ruin our teeth. Two stars is generous but giving KFC the benifit of doubt, KFC staff will improve on this item to the level of their regular, non sandwiched Chicken.
