Dunkin'

I was waited on today by Ann - she was incredibly rude to me — my bill was 5.62 — I gave her my money ($50) and exact change she was like do you have anything smaller I told her no she gave me my change and then as I pulled away proceeded to yell what time does the bank open? I’m sorry it was 0636 am and I’m 100 % positive you know the bank doesn’t open til 9. If she had been listening I had offered to pay with my ATM card I will not be back to this Dunkin’

Definitely won’t be returning. I believe her name is Ann? previously worked at the Grafton Starbucks. She is very rude! We ended up going to the wrong Dunkin’(our bad, there’s two within a couple of miles of each other) we pulled up to window because we had placed a mobile order and told by other Dunkin’ places that we don’t need to go to speaker. When we got up to the window, she was taking an order so waited and another employee comes up and asks up what our order was, we told them we had a mobile order and said our name. She goes and checks and didn’t find anything( not realizing we had gone to the wrong one which is why they couldn’t find it and again our fault). Ann then gets done with taking an order and very rudely interrupts and tells the other employee to “MOVE” and pretty much shoves her out of the way and says without asking what the problem was says “did you go to the speaker?! Next time go to the speaker” I’m assuming she thought that we had just skipped that part and hadn’t placed an order online but we did. I’m a very understanding person and never leave negative reviews but this experience with her, there was no excuse for her to respond that way to us or the other co-worker.

Outstanding customer service and management! The store couldn't prepare all items in my online order, but offered me great substitutes. And since I was an understanding and cooperative customer, they comp'ed me a free breakfast sandwich. Great service exists in this cutthroat world when both sides meet halfway!
