Dunkin'

Sat in line for 20 minutes and didn't even make it to the speaker to order, maybe two cars got through the window, so I left after wasting all that time. There were only three cars in front of me when i got there. Never been to a dunkin before and wanted to try it, now I know why Starbucks is superior.

Stay away from the DD near Food Lion on rt 17. I went with my daughter abb tried to get 3 drinks. There were people working inside and no one would take it order. Someone emptied the trash so they knew we were on line waiting. I will never go to this store again. Even the manager was on duty and didn't lift a finger to help people in the drive thru. Poor manager skills on behalf of DD. Stay away from this store location, horrible service and manager.

Ok, I get it's Dunkin' but, still....come on guys. I usually have a good experience with this place so maybe it was just poor management during this time.? Regardless I came back in line twice due to my order being messed up then, waiting 11 minutes each time going around the circle because, there was a line. Then to top it off my food looked like this. For many that sees this please do not be alarmed, it's not anything major but this tells me that they have not cleaned there grill in a while due to this char burns on my food. (I used to work in a Dunkin', I know what it's supposed to look like) Also, waiting almost 30 minutes for a messed up order, very rude teen at your establishment window, although I get it we all have bad days but, do not take it out on me and cold food. I waited 30 minutes for cold food. Due to my past experiences with this place I will give it another try and share an update later down the road.
