Had a mobile order, but it was really really slow between the time I ordered and when the food was ready. The staff seemed friendly enough, but probably overworked and burned out. I’ve got sympathy for them, but it wasn’t a great takeout experience.

Rude employees with body oder that jumped over counter. They obviously hadn't showerd in a long time. Floors, tables and restrooms were gross. Men's room had only one working toilet that as dirty. Checked there list and it said that had did it all.

The york burger is becoming a place I don't like going to because the manager there is rude and not friendly at all. She doesn't make the experience going there very pleasant. Everytime my family goes there and she's there, we regret our choice of places to go to. When she gets our order wrong then she argues all because the worker didn't apparently hear us when we ordered. Get that manager out of there and someone in there that can do good customer service.

Great food, but service kinda sketchy...spent a lot of time in the car line and got shorted 3 sandwiches. Good thing we checked before leaving. I get it that getting people to apply and actually work at these stores, everyone is wanting to hire....there should 0% unemployment in the state/country!!!

We ordered using Burger Kings app, the only issue I see with the app is that you either have to drive through the drive-thru anyway or go inside to get it. My opinion is they should have designated parking stalls for customers that order using the app, like other fast-food places. Otherwise the food was good and hot and the staff was really nice!!!

This location is very run down. It is clear that no money has been put into the up keep in quite some time. The staff did their best to work with what they had but they were running on the bare minimum so it was slow. I felt bad for them. Overall not a very good experience.

Awful. Waiting in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. There was noone here when I pulled up and still noone inside. Still had to wait when I got to the window. I will not b coming back again when I come through York. Runza and McDonald's have ALWAYS been awesome. Will never not go there again.
Just wanted to add on our way out of town the huge line at McDonald's we wanted to avoid was ALL gone by the time we got done with Burger King. It was a big line...

Bathrooms were VERY unsanitary. The dining area was not clean. Our burger wrappers had other food product/ dirt on the outside of them. We took one bite of our burgers and they weren't cooked so we threw them in the trash and went to McDonalds. Spent $45 for 3 adults and 3 kids. It was the definitely the worst experience we've had at a Burger King or at any fast food place in general.
