Sonic Drive-in

Just about 15 minutes ago... First off after 23 minutes and for $26 and a $4 tip I got 2 "super sonic double bacon double patty" burgers, 2 mozzerella stick orders and a large tot order... I have added pics of one of the burgers... Saddest burgers ever!! For a ridiculous price and wait!!! I was told they only had one cook and that's fine... Can deal with the wait and price too but for THAT?!?! Come on guys I know you can do better than that!!! If it wasn't storming so bad out I'd be right back there to get my money back!!! What a shame...

Went to drive through, sat for 5+ minutes with no acknowledgement. (Only 3 cars entire place) Had to go to parking area and order. $9.36 for a meal that had fries that looked and tasted like they were from 2017. As for the burger, I've had better burgers from the hotbox beside the cashier at a 711 gas station. The attendant that my food out was nice and corteous.

Garbage service. Not sure what happened but this location has gone down hill. I placed an order for two burgers and fries with two drinks. It should have been simple. We got the burgers none of the toppings were on there it was essentially a Patty thrown on the bun and it wasn't even put on straight the whole burger was leaning sideways. It took about 20 minutes for the food get to us so all the food was cold. The fries were also the wrong size they came out cold. The only thing that was right were the two drinks. We saw people pull in wait about 10 minutes and then leave because nobody answered their order call. Like I said this place used to be good but if this is what their service is going to be like I will not be going back to this location.

Even though it was pouring down rain, the server was still skating around with a smile on her face, friendly and polite. Food was timely and good as usual, but I wish they would figure out a way to let us add tip to a credit card transaction! I hardly ever have cash on me, who does anymore?! I want to tip them and feel bad when I can't!

No ice cream for the last week. Ordered a $9 sandwich and half of the ingredients wasn’t on it. Then I was told they didn’t have bacon or onion rings. Soooo. I asked for a refund which will take 7 business days. But the carhop threw away my receipt. So I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich that hopefully won’t be spit on. Won’t be back here.

I am sure they are understaffed but I have not been able to get any service the last two times I visited. The first time, I sat at the drive through for close to five minutes but no one acknowledged me. I then drove to one of the stations. When I pressed the button the first time, it shut off without anyone answering. I pressed it again and a voice said "Welcome to Sonic, we are not taking any orders right now." It was about 5:30 in the evening. When I stopped by today about 4:45, again I sat at the drive through for about minutes before leaving.
