I waited for 30 min got a 8 PC side lover meal I wanted extra crispy but it was a 7min wait so i got original they come back and tell me there's no legs finally get my food go home open the bucket of chicken and it looked disgusting..

This store should close! They are wasting customer time. As a Dasher, I advice never take order from this store. They turn good deal to bad by how slow they are. Staff hanging round every time I come

Hair in the mash pototoes..Slimy half done chicken..No crispy chicken only original at 5pm.
Dining room gross. Waited 20 minute for food that was already made. KFC not like use to be.

Although I had to wait for the chicken for 20 minutes the staff was very nice and apologetic. It was worth the wait. The bucket of original dark meat chicken was AWESOME!!!

I don't even want to rate one star at this point. I am so angry. I just ordered Uber eats through their store. I was missing over half of my things! I ordered a three-piece Chicken Box that comes with a biscuit, a side and a drink. I ordered a sandwich box which comes with three sides and a drink. I ordered an order of popcorn chicken. I ordered two extra biscuits. What came in my bag you ask? One sandwich alone and one order of popcorn chicken. My husband's combo is completely missing all together and we are missing our sides and drinks. I never put reviews out there but I am so mad this is so ridiculous! I have called the restaurant 7 times, no answer!

I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, after ordering, to receive my 16 piece meal. No gravy with the mashed potatoes & the batter on the chicken was so greasy it was soggy. So sad. I called to speak to the manager and no one picked up the phone after 7 rings. I will not be going back. 😕

So very slow, waited in line for at least 20 minutes after our order was taken until we even got to the window. And they were not busy at all (4 cars in line, we were 3rd). Also when we got our food it wasn't even hot and to call it warm would be considerate.

I think they’ve actually got my order right maybe 3 out of the 10 times I’ve been here. It’s not a 1 star due to the fact the food is sometimes fresh but the saving grace is the staff is friendly… at least at the drive-through.
