I absolutely LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings. So much my kids roll their eyes when I bring up the name. I watch all my UFC fights their. However, when I moved to York my love has turned into disdain.
This BWW is the absolute worse. I have sat at the bar a few times and the bartender has been absent. I sat at tables and the service has been iffy, at best. Tonight is the last time I will visit this BWW as it’s a complete waste of time. I went there with my family and sat for at least 15 minutes while watching the waitress pass by our table several times without so much as an ackowledgment that we were there. It’s such a disappointment to see this from my favorite place and it’s sad that I most likely will not return.
I took my business to Smokey Bones and will likely keep it here.

Took over 20 minutes to even see a waitress. Appetizer and drinks took another 15 minutes. Meal came over an hour later and was wrong! Waitress failed to take mistakes off the bill and had to wait another 10 minutes for her to correct the bill. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the area!

Hubby and I stopped in on a weeknight and sat at the bar. We had a drink and a few appetizers for dinner - food was great and the service even better. We'll be back!

First I waited several minutes for someone just to greet and seat me. Then I waited about 10 minutes for a server to come to my table. Then another 15 to 20 for my food. There were maybe 5 tables occupied in the entire place. Service is poor. Plastic utensils?? Really? For the price and service. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Placed an online order at 11:40am on 05/27 received nearly burnt wings. And a regular size fry and onion ring when ordering a large. Very disappointing experience. Asked for extra crispy onion rings, not wings. Not sure how you mess up this order this bad when I was nearly the only one in the store.

My 11 year old granddaughter ordered buffalo wings with the spiciest sauce they had. She took them down like a champ, with nary a tear. Matter of fact, she was laughing towards the end of her meal. Mean while, her Dad could only eat two of the same before he tapped out. Go figure.

Accuracy issues. I ordered through GrubHub. GH did their part, the food got here in short order and was hot enough when it got here. I ordered 2 pepsi bottles and got diet pepsi. I ordered blue cheese for the hotwings and got ranch. Also, it's a bit pricey; the order with delivery fees and tip was ~$90. Pretty disappointing when you spend that kind of money and don't get the right order.
